What To Expect When Getting Started
Consultation
Whether you have a referral or not, we’re happy to see you for an initial consultation. Your Fixed New Teeth™ doctor will gather detailed information about your oral health history, current conditions, and any medications you take. Before your appointment, you’ll complete a registration form, including a thorough medical history and insurance information, if applicable. If needed, diagnostic imaging, such as X-rays or CT scans, will be taken at your appointment to help plan the best course of treatment.
Diagnosis
Your Fixed New Teeth™ surgeon will perform a thorough visual inspection of your mouth, evaluating both the hard and soft tissues as well as your jaw. This comprehensive exam helps us determine the most accurate diagnosis of your oral health.
Discussing Treatment Options
Once we’ve reviewed all the necessary information, your surgeon will present the available treatment options. This interactive appointment allows you to ask questions, discuss the procedure, and go over anesthesia and sedation preferences. After agreeing on the best plan, you’ll sign a consent form.
Our treatment coordinator will provide you with the associated costs, including an estimate of your insurance coverage, and present a financial plan for your care. Pre-op instructions will also be provided.Treatment
Depending on the complexity of your case, surgery may take place on the same day. For more involved cases or medical histories, a separate appointment will be scheduled.
